Appointment & Cancellation
Please inform us as soon as possible if you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment. This will allow us to offer the appointment to someone else.

You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment.

For short-notice cancellations (less than 24 hours), we charge 80% of the booked services.

If you arrive late, the treatment time may be shortened accordingly so that subsequent appointments can be kept.

In case of no-show without cancellation, the appointment will be charged at 100% of the booked service.
